power unit, hydraulic control valves, electrical control board, emergency power supply and cabinet light. The emergency tools and instructions are located within this cabinet. |

All building work such as the concrete slab, upper landing penetrations, barrier protection in the ceiling cavity and cladding to the external of the lift tower. |

Supply and connection of a telephone line to the lift shaft terminating in the junction box provided by the lift installers (extension of the residence phone). |

12 months on all parts and labour excluding misuse and/or malicious damage. |

All changes must be in compliance with the lift code and the manufacturer reserves the right to approve or refuse any changes .

Operation:

Constant Pressure - Pressure must be maintained on the operation button for the duration of its travel and until the car comes to a complete stop. |
