Whether you are building a new home or modifying an existing home the Pandect Low rise can be installed inside or outside and will use much less space than a ramp.

Maintenance:

Lift Construction:

The main support frame and deck frame, are constructed from steel. These components are then sandblasted and hot zinc sprayed for maximum corrosion resistance. The deck and entry ramp is manufactured from 3mm thick aluminium tread plate.

Electrical Features

- The control panel has been designed to make the controls simple to operate.
- Security Key - when the key is in the "off" position the lift is immobilised.
- Up Button - When this button is pressed the lift will rise.
- Down Button - When this button is pressed the lift will travel to the ground.
- Emergency Stop - If this button is pressed, the lift will instantly stop.
- Power of Operation - in the event of mains power failure the lift can complete 20 raise and
- lower operations on the back up battery.

Safety features:

- An under deck protection system
- An automatic fold up ramp is fitted to the entry end of the deck to prevent any likely
- wheelchair roll off.
- A safety gate is fitted to all lifts as standard
- The body side handrail is designed so that the user can slide their hand past the body work.

Warranty:

12 months on all parts and labour excluding misuse and/or malicious damage.
