When the owners of a newly purchased Holland Park residence needed a lift solution for their ageing parents, they wanted something that added convenience without compromising the home’s character. The result is a beautifully integrated Swedish low-pit lift that feels like part of the architecture—not an afterthought.

The Brief
The property features a garage with a two-level granny flat designed for multigenerational living. The owners needed a lift that could:

The Solution
After assessing the space and the family’s needs, we recommended the Swift Lite—a premium Swedish lift known for its style, low-pit design, and installation flexibility.

A standard ramp at the ground level, removing the need to recess a pit into the concrete
A free-standing shaft structure, enabling a clean retrofit without significant wall modifications
Fast turnaround: manufactured in just six weeks and delivered ready for quick on-site assembly
