Phoenix lift craned into Macquarie Park, Sydney.

A Phoenix lift craned into a Macquarie Park development in Sydney with ANC Cranes. Built in Brisbane, the modular shaft was lifted in between the residential towers in 2024.

Project Overview

A modular Phoenix shaft, craned in

Macquarie Park, Sydney, New South Wales

This Macquarie Park development in Sydney took a Phoenix lift. The shaft was built as a module at our Brisbane factory, then lifted into place on site by our crane partner, ANC Cranes.

The photographs are frames from our Instagram Reel of the lift. They follow the module from the crane hook, up past the residential towers and down to its landing, where the crew guided it in. The last frame shows the shaft standing in place, with its glass landing door, while the site around it was still under construction.

The Phoenix is the residential hydraulic lift we build in Brisbane, and a modular shaft like this one is ready to crane straight in when a site has the access for it.

The photographs here are frames from our Instagram Reel of this project. See the original on the @aussielifts Instagram.

The brief

Get a Phoenix lift into a Macquarie Park development between residential towers, with the shaft arriving as one module and going in by crane.

What we installed

A Phoenix lift, manufactured at our Brisbane factory with a modular shaft, craned into place by ANC Cranes in 2024. The Phoenix is the Brisbane-built residential hydraulic model we make when a custom, locally supported lift is the right fit.

In the photographs: the shaft hanging from the crane hook, the ANC Cranes truck with its boom up between the towers, the module rising and then high overhead, the crew in hard hats and hi-vis at the landing, and the shaft standing in place on a site still under construction.

Why a Phoenix here

A modular Phoenix shaft arrives on site in one piece, so a crane can lift it straight into position and the crew can get on with the install. It is built in Brisbane, with parts and support from an Australian manufacturer, and our Sydney team looks after projects across the city.
