Our Melbourne showroom is hosted at Southern Lifts in Braeside, our Victorian partner. You get a local team to deal with and a factory behind them.
Certified to Australian standards
Lifts are supplied AS1735 compliant and to the BCA, which is what a Victorian building surveyor will want to see. A European conformity mark on its own does not answer that question.
NDIS registered
Provider 4050019140. Where a lift forms part of a home modification plan we can work alongside your plan manager and occupational therapist.

Spare parts are stocked in Melbourne as well as Brisbane. And because we build the Phoenix, Orion, Gemini and Pioneer ourselves, we can still make parts for lifts we manufactured 25 years ago.

Which lifts can I buy in Victoria?
From us, the ranges we manufacture in Brisbane: the Phoenix, the Orion, the Gemini and the Pioneer, in residential and commercial configurations. The Swift range is available in Victoria too, supplied by Southern Lifts at the same Braeside address, since they are a Swift partner in their own right. Our Swift partnership covers Queensland and New South Wales.
How long does a lift take?
From 10 weeks for the ranges we build in Brisbane, covering supply and installation. Because we make them, a change on site to a travel measurement, a colour or a feature can be turned around without the job stopping.
Who services the lift?
Ring 1800 287 543 and we will sort it out. We service Aussie Lifts, Swift, Barduva, Bruno, Vestner, Area Lifting and MPR equipment, and spare parts are stocked in Melbourne as well as Brisbane. When a supplier moves on from a product, sourcing a replacement component gets hard and a lift can sit out of service for a long time. Ours are made in our own factory, and we can still produce parts for lifts we built 25 years ago.
