The crew that quotes your lift is the crew that installs it, and our service team looks after it afterwards. The trip north is routine for us; a lot of our work is on the coasts.
Steep blocks are our kind of job
In Buderim we built a custom Phoenix inside a free-standing aluminium shaft, engineered to Wind Category C2, then craned it over the house so the builder could clad it straight away. That one was later showcased on Grand Designs Australia.
Beachfront, without the clinical look
At Sunrise Beach a Phoenix went in with the shaft craned onto the roof. Open the landing door and you look straight through the glass cabin to the ocean.
Built in Brisbane, so parts stay close
The Phoenix, Gemini and Orion are made at our Acacia Ridge factory, and we can still make parts for lifts we built 25 years ago. When something needs chasing, it's a call to Brisbane.

Prefer a Swift Pro or Swift Lite? They're Swedish-engineered, and we're Swift's exclusive Australian partner in Queensland. We supply, install and service them ourselves, from 8 weeks.
Licensed, certified and NDIS registered
Queensland Electrical Licence 54227, NDIS Provider 4050019140, lifts built to AS1735 and the BCA. The ranges we build in Brisbane run from 10 weeks, supply and installation, the same as in Brisbane.

The Orion leads our commercial range, with the Phoenix Commercial alongside it, both Brisbane-built. The Discovery is a Swedish-engineered platform lift for step-free access. At Mt Coolum Golf Course, a Phoenix went in under the clubhouse deck for guest access.

Is there a Sunshine Coast showroom?
Not on the coast. You're welcome at our showroom and factory at Acacia Ridge in Brisbane. Ring 1800 287 543 and we'll sort out a time.
Can you put a lift on a steep or hillside block?
Yes. In Buderim we built a custom Phoenix in a free-standing aluminium shaft, engineered to Wind Category C2, and craned it over the house. It was later showcased on Grand Designs Australia.
Do you cover Noosa?
Yes. We service north of Noosa too (it costs a little more). For anywhere further north, call us with the address and we'll confirm.
How long does a home lift take?
From 10 weeks for the ranges we build in Brisbane and from 8 weeks for the Swift range, supply and installation.
Who services the lift afterwards?
Our own service team, out of Acacia Ridge. We look after Aussie Lifts, Swift, Barduva, Bruno, Vestner, Area Lifting and MPR equipment. Servicing starts from $499, and areas north of Noosa cost a little more.
Do you install lifts in golf clubs and venues?
We do. For commercial buildings the Orion is our main lift, with the Phoenix Commercial alongside it, both built in Brisbane. At Mt Coolum Golf Course, a Phoenix lift went in under the clubhouse deck so guests can get around the venue.
Can NDIS funding cover a lift?
Where a lift is a reasonable and necessary support in your plan, yes. We're a registered NDIS provider (4050019140) and can help with planning for NDIS-related access upgrades.
Is a home elevator different from a home lift?
No, it's the same thing. Australians mostly say lift, and so do we.
