We're based at Acacia Ridge in Brisbane's south, where we've built lifts since 1995, so the run down the M1 is routine for us, not a special trip. Penthouse, beach house or busy venue, the people who quote your lift are the people who put it in.

Why the Gold Coast
Our own crews, not a subcontractor
Gold Coast jobs are installed and serviced by the same Aussie Lifts crews who work in Brisbane. A lot of our work is on the coasts, so heading south is part of the normal week, not a call-out.
Brisbane-built, plus Swedish-engineered Swift
The Phoenix, Gemini and Orion are made in our Acacia Ridge factory, not just assembled there. The Swift Pro and Swift Lite are Swedish-engineered, and we're Swift's exclusive Australian partner in Queensland, so we supply, install and service them ourselves.
Made for penthouses and apartments
High-rise living is a Gold Coast thing, and we're comfortable with it. In a Broadbeach penthouse we fitted a Swift Pro XL with a 1100 x 1400mm car and a 900mm wide door entry, finished as a feature rather than hidden away. The Swift range needs a 50mm pit or none at all.
Venues, clubs and fit-outs
Commercial work on the coast rarely comes with a clean, empty shaft. At Burleigh Pavilion the shaft was tight and the building already stood, so we built a custom Orion in Brisbane to suit it.
Same lead times as Brisbane
The Gold Coast doesn't add weeks. The ranges we build in Brisbane are supplied and installed from 10 weeks, and the Swift range from 8 weeks, the same as in Brisbane.
Approvals in order
Queensland Electrical Licence 54227, NDIS Provider 4050019140, and lifts built to AS1735 and the BCA. That's what your certifier, body corporate or NDIS planner will ask about.

The Orion is our main commercial lift, as at Burleigh Pavilion, with the Phoenix Commercial alongside it. For public access, DDA and BCA requirements, and existing buildings that weren't designed around a lift. The Discovery is a Swedish-engineered platform lift for step-free access.

Do you have a Gold Coast showroom?
Not on the coast. Our showroom is with the factory at 12 Achievement Crescent, Acacia Ridge, so you can see how a lift goes together as well as how it looks. Ring 1800 287 543 and we'll sort out a time.
Do you install lifts in Gold Coast apartments and penthouses?
Yes. Broadbeach is a good example: a Swift Pro XL in a penthouse, with a 1100 x 1400mm car and a 900mm wide entry. Talk to your body corporate early, and we can quote from your plans.
How long does a home lift take on the Gold Coast?
The same as Brisbane: from 10 weeks for the ranges we build in Brisbane and from 8 weeks for the Swift range, supply and installation.
Who services my lift on the Gold Coast?
We do. Our service team works out of Acacia Ridge and covers the coast. We service Aussie Lifts, Swift, Barduva, Bruno, Vestner, Area Lifting and MPR equipment. Servicing starts from $499.
Can you fit a lift into an existing commercial building or venue?
Usually. The Orion is our main commercial lift: at Burleigh Pavilion the shaft was tight and the building already stood, so we built a custom Orion to suit. The Brisbane-built Phoenix Commercial is the other option for commercial access.
Is a home lift the same as a home elevator?
Same thing, different word. In Australia we say lift.
Can the NDIS help pay for a lift?
It can, where a lift is a reasonable and necessary support in your plan. We're a registered NDIS provider (4050019140) and offer practical planning support for NDIS-related access upgrades.
