Sunrise Beach sits on the Sunshine Coast foreshore, and this residence took a Phoenix home lift that keeps beachfront living easy. Open the white landing door and you look through the glass cabin to the ocean.
The photographs show both ends of the job: the finished lift inside the home, and the install, with the shaft craned onto the roof and our ute and crane on the street.
The Phoenix is built at our Brisbane factory. For a coastal home that needs a hydraulic residential lift rather than an imported platform, that local build is the ordinary answer.

What we installed
A Phoenix home lift, manufactured at our Brisbane factory, craned into place and installed at the Sunrise Beach residence. The Phoenix is the Brisbane-built residential hydraulic model we make for Australian homes when a custom, locally supported lift is the right fit.
