Mt Tamborine, Queensland
Mt Tamborine sits in the Scenic Rim behind the Gold Coast, and this Queenslander took a Phoenix home lift with an external cream corrugated shaft. The photographs walk the job from the empty pad under the balcony to the finished landings and cabin.
Before the install: the whole house, then the concrete pad poured under the upper veranda. After: the shaft on the house, frosted-glass landing doors with the blue A call button, a cabin with LED lighting and a handrail, and the ground landing beside our van.
The Phoenix is built at our Brisbane factory — the same Brisbane-built residential range as the Sunrise Beach beachfront install. For a hillside Queenslander that needs seamless access between levels, that local build is the ordinary answer.

A residential lift for a two-storey Mt Tamborine Queenslander: external shaft, upper veranda landing and ground access, without turning a classic home into a clinical install.
What we installed
A Phoenix home lift, manufactured at our Brisbane factory, with a cream corrugated external shaft on the house. Landing doors in frosted glass, a blue illuminated A call button, and a cabin with LED strip lighting, a chrome handrail and a control panel.
The before-and-after set shows the concrete pad under the balcony, then the finished shaft, upper and ground landings, and the cabin interior.
